Tracking Numbers are only guaranteed with Priority Mail, Express or UPS. If you have a deadline, DO NOT use First Class Mail.
Shipping and Handling, Rates, and Times
We begin to process orders at

each business day. They will be dispatched the morning of the next business day. Orders received after 5PM EST may not be processed until 5PM EST the following business day, and shipped the morning after that.
Ex: An order placed after 5PM EST on Tuesday can expect to ship on Thursday morning. Weather, Holidays, and other delays beyond our control may further affect the date of shipment.

If shipping via First Class Mail,
a tracking number may not be available for small items that weigh less than

This allows us to keep our prices low. This is determined at the time of shipment, so to guarantee tracking you need to choose Priority Mail. No non-delivery refunds will be provided before the end of the delivery window (

A signature may be required for large or valuable items at our discretion at the time of shipment so plan accordingly to receive your package or arrange to pick it up from the Post Office.
Small parcels without tracking will be delivered to your mailbox like a standard letter.

Addresses
We ship to the address provided to us by Paypal and eBay at the time of check out and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure it is correct.
Returns
We want to make things right, and will happily accept returns of items that arrive damaged or under performing merchandise. We will either:
Refund your money in full, or
Exchange damaged products for working products.
Items that are damaged as the result of misuse will not be refunded. Items that arrive back to our facility that are damaged due to inadequate return packaging will not be refunded.
If your item is damaged do not attempt to fix it. We cannot verify that items arrived with defects if you have modified them and will not issue a refund.
We ask that you please make your request

International Orders
